Outside Service Connector

Outside services are used to connect ticketing information to existing email connectors in services like Netsuite, Constant Connect, etc..

We provide this email connector to enable information flow from AVNOC to a billing and tracking system.

To setup this connector log into Engineering

There are three fields with the value of OUTSIDEEMAILADDRESS. These are constant. In the Password/Connection Data field put the email address of the outside service connector


To use the connector in the Dash Board or Launcher

Select Send to Outside Serviceas the activity.
